Why hasn't this been updated since 2000?

There are a couple of reasons. First, between marriage, a full-time job, and graduate school, I no longer have as much free time as I used to to spend writing annotations. Second, because of a lack of money on my part and the utter lack of quality of most X-men guest appearances, I decided to stop trying to track down and purchase each and every one, and 2000 made as good a cut-off point as any. (There may be a few later issues in there, but they aren't throwing huge parties, crank-calling the neighbors, or otherwise hurting anything or anyone, so they may as well stay.) Someday, I hope to get around to annotating those issues I own but haven't gotten to yet, but don't hold your breath waiting; it'll be a while.
