  • Serge Tisseron (Psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, doctor of psychology, and director of research of the University of Paris at Nanterre. Has written several books on the relations between various forms of images, most notably the comics artform. Author of a thesis on medicinal use of comics.)
  • Ariane Valadié (Comics fan and movie critic.)
  • Monique Younès (Journalist, specializing in the areas of sociology, political science, contemporary history, and art history)
  • Martin Winckler (Doctor of medicine and specialist of moving images, author of monographs on television series (Mission Impossible, published by 8th Art) and one on the success of American comics (Les Superheroes, published by Le Chêne, 2003) and several novels. Helped translate into French the comics of Jack Kirby and Mike Mignola.)
